Tara Williams is the founder and heart behind Style Elevation with Tara, a personal styling business based in Colorado and serving women everywhere. After years as a TV reporter and anchor, and decades of moving around the world as a military spouse, she learned the power of showing up with confidence in any setting. That experience, combined with her certification as an image consultant, shaped her passion for helping women take the stress out of getting dressed and discover a style that reflects who they truly are.

Today, Tara works one-on-one with clients, hosts group style events, and shares her expertise on FOX21 and through partnerships with local boutiques and The Promenade Shops at Briargate. Whether building a capsule wardrobe, leading a seminar, or creating digital resources, her mission is simple: to empower women to feel confident and elevated in every season of life.

Marika is originally from Latvia but has called Colorado home for the past 12 years. After earning her degree in Business Administration, she came for an internship, met her husband, and quickly built a life here. Her passion for style began as a teenager, experimenting with creative ways to make outfits her own, and for the past 11 years she has brought that same love of fashion to Eve’s Revolution, where she works as both stylist and store manager.

At the boutique, Marika finds joy in helping women step out of their comfort zones and discover confidence through clothing. Life outside of work is filled with time with her husband and daughter, Sofia, who already loves fashion and dress-up and simple pleasures like a perfectly brewed coffee.
